Cosmic Chic (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the interests of its customers and ensuring a smooth, transparent shopping experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and replacements are processed.

This Policy should be read along with the Terms & Conditions available on our website https://www.cosmicchic.in and applies to all products purchased through the website.

For the purpose of this Policy, “Customer(s)”, “you”, or “your” refers to users who purchase products from the Company’s website.

CANCELLATION BY COSMIC CHIC

There may be instances where we are unable to accept or must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Cosmic Chic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Quantity limitations
  • Fraud detection or verification issues

If your order is cancelled (in full or in part), you will be notified via email or phone, and any applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 (three) hours of placing the order for a full refund
  • If cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, the following conditions apply:
    • If the order is shipped but not yet delivered, you may refuse delivery
    • Once the product is delivered and accepted, no cancellation or refund will be applicable

Delivered products are eligible only for replacement, and only in cases of defects or errors listed below.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

To request a replacement for a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care at care@cosmicchic.in or via the Contact Us page within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.

Replacement requests must include:

  • Clear images and/or an unboxing video
  • Proof of damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product

Upon verification and approval by the Cosmic Chic quality team:

  • The defective or incorrect product may be recalled
  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 7 (seven) business days of approval

Replacement is applicable only if:

  • Product is defective
  • Product was damaged during transit
  • Product or items were missing
  • Wrong product was delivered

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases where a replacement is approved and found eligible for a refund
  • Refunds apply only to undelivered orders, as confirmed by delivery records
  • Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return or refund
  • Do not accept delivery if outer packaging is torn or visibly damaged

IMPORTANT RULES & CONDITIONS

  • Certain personal-care and hygiene products are non-returnable and non-refundable, especially if the seal is broken
  • All deliveries are OTP verified
  • If an order is marked as “Delivered” but not received, report it within 24 hours via the Contact Us page
  • Replacement items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all labels and seals intact
  • Replacement approval is subject to inspection by the Cosmic Chic quality team
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days, though banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount
